In case of payment with bank transfer, the shipping order happens only when the amount is charged on NUOVA COMASS SRL bank account, which has to be done within 5 working days from the order acceptance date, after that the order is considered automatically cancelled. The purpose of the credit transfer has to mention the number of the order, which is issued in the order confirmation e-mail.

If the client buy with credit card, contextually to the conclusion of the online transaction, the Bank Institute provides to authorize the only amount related to the purchase. The bank transactions made with credit card are managed by Keyclient CartaSi which guarantees through the best technologies of cryptography (or OTP) the total safety of payments. The amount related to the order is charged on the credit card of the client when the product is sent.
PayPal
If the client buy with PayPal the buyer will be redirected on the PayPal site where he can complete the order and make the payment entering on his own account (inserting the personal e-mail and password) or creating a new bank account easily and immediately. Choosing the PayPal method the amount is directly charged on the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay). Paypal protects the information of the buyer in order to defend the financial information. To every bank transfer made with this method will be sent a confirmation e-mail by PayPal. The order amount is charged on the PayPal Count at the order acquisition. In case of cancellation the amount is refunded on the Client’s PayPal bank account.
