All the orders sent to NUOVA COMASS SRL must be filled in each part and they must contain all the elements necessary for the correct individualization of the ordered products. Every order sent to NUOVA COMASS SRL constitutes a Client’s contractual proposal and therefore, will be compulsory for NUOVA COMASS SRL only if confirmed for acceptance.
The order’s handling by NUOVA COMASS SRL means confirmation and acceptance of itself. NUOVA COMASS SRL reserves the right to not accept uncompleted orders, not duly filled. In case of non-execution of the order by NUOVA COMASS SRL (if the same is due to the unavailability of the ordered products by the client). NUOVA COMASS SRL will ensure to inform the client as soon as possible, refunding the amounts already paid in the face of a not performed supply. In that case the Client will not have the right to any refund or compensation.
The financial documentation concerning the ordered products will be issued by NUOVA COMASS SRL during the products’ shipment. The Client will have to provide C.F or P.I. to NUOVA COMASS in order to issue regular invoice. Every purchase contract concluded between NUOVA COMASS SRL and the Client must be concluded with the acceptance of the order by NUOVA COMASS SRL. NUOVA COMASS SRL has the faculty to accept or not, at their own discretion, the order sent by the Client, without this last could make demands or license fee, for any reason, even compensatory, in case of non-acceptance of the order. The acceptance of NUOVA COMASS SRL is considered silently released, if not otherwise notified to the Client within 48 hours from the order’s shipping, by a e-mail sent to the mail address given by the Client.
