Deliveries are made by courier. Delivery times are planned between 3 and 15 days (excluded orders close to festivity, that can be delayed of 3 or 4 days). Keep in mind that on Saturday, Sunday and festivity the delivery are not carried out. In case of advanced bank transfer, the delivery time indicated in the product page will be shipped after the credit transfer. The delivery terms planned by NUOVA COMASS SRL are not binding. NUOVA COMASS SRL can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to their availability or demands. Home delivery by the courier, it is carried out during working hours, so it’s suggested to include a safe address, where someone can receive the shipment. In case of undelivered, the courier will leave a notice to indicate a new date time for the following delivery attempt or to allow the package pick up to the nearest courier’s headquarters. The delivery is made by road. At the moment of the delivery by the courier entrusted by NUOVA COMASS SRL, the Client has to control
1) The number of delivered packages corresponds to what is stated in the transport document
2) That the packaging appears unbroken, not damaged, even the closing materials
Any damage to the packaging products or the non-correspondence with the number of packages or indications have to be immediately notified by the client, writing “ACCEPTED BUT WITH RESERVATIONS” on the courier’s receipt of delivery. Furthermore the client has to advice quickly and not over 8 (eight) days from the of delivery notification - to NUOVA COMASS SRL any problem regarding the physical integrity or the completeness of received products.
